1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

2. How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact us first for approval.

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

  • Reason for the return request

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, SHELANOVA will cover the return shipping cost

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the issue are required for verification.

Depending on the situation, we will provide:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, the standard return process will apply.
